The Prince Arthur Condo - 38 Avenue Road
The Prince Arthur Condo, sheer elegance real estate and luxury on the edge of Yorkville. One of the most prestigious Toronto condos, build by Minto and completed in 1999 with suites from to 1150 square foot to 4000 sq. ft. Features large window expanses and unusually large clear spans within the suites. The use of first-class materials and workmanship throughout, the introduction of many customized layouts, and the use of direct access elevators to most of the suites, were hallmarks of the project. Solid masonry construction mixed with classic precast concrete and the use of the best residential windows available, ensure an efficient and long-lasting quality façade.
