Major Lofts and Condos In Toronto

Major Condos in Toronto, the good, the bad and the ugly! Our intrepid team of condo hunters will be visiting each and every condo neighbourhood (see our list below) and posting our Toronto and lofts condo adventures on the web site. Sign up for our ezines or RSS news feeds to keep up to date on our travels through condo and loft neighbourhoods (pics included). We love condos and our goal is to visit each and every one of the condos in Toronto. Your can get a general overview of the Toronto condo and loft buildings on this page but you'll want to join us on our visits to Toronto's condo neighbourhoods.

We'll be taking tons of pictures, eating at neighbourhood restaurants (that's Anthony's favourite occupation, he loves Toronto's ethnic foods) exploring the shops (May and Sharon are veteran shoppers) and generally giving you an overview of every condo neighbourhood. We'll be visiting at least one building a week so you'll want to sign up for our newsletter as we'll be emailing out each tour as we take it.

We'll be visiting some amazing neighbourhoods and condos and lofts from inexpensive to "if you have to ask the price, you can't afford it".

We'll research condos in Toronto been in detail (as you'll see below, with some beautiful pictures, too!)

Here are some of our leading Toronto condo and loft neighbourhoods. Strap on your seat belts and get ready torock and roll.

Yorkville Bloor

"Bet you didn't expect this little gem in the heart of Yorkville (home of Holt Renfrew, Chanel etc). I shot this after sitting out by the waterfall this morning having a cafe latte and reading the newspaper before walking over to my Cumberland office. By the way, I walked from my Yorkville condo. We love to live here!"

St. Clair and Eglinton Please subscribe to our Toronto Condos Mini-Blog. This RSS feed is a small blog about Toronto condos and lofts (kind of a journal), which will also let you know whenever any new or changed Web pages appear on Toronto Condos Advisor.

It keeps you up-to-date with the condo hunter's adventures, alert new condo buyers to broker previews where we can get you in before the general public to buy at broker reduced prices, and get the best suites (and not leftovers)

We'll alert you to other special postings and point out some of our super-special past adventures that you might otherwise miss.

What's an RSS feed?

Our most important tip? Find a great condo real estate agent -- you can't expect to use the agent who sells houses in Scarborough to know the ins and outs of buying and selling condos in Toronto.

Or just join us on one of our tours. We can customize the area and price range to your specifications and visit up to 10 condos in one day! The only caveat is that you'll have to have fun!

And one more important tip... to find your "secret condo or loft," you will need a highly detailed map showing every road and foot path. We'll be walking or taking the TTC! We recommend Map Art.

Once we tracked down and bought our super-map, and started plotting our our tours, we found some amazing condos and lofts, with a wide variety of "I'd love to live here" Toronto real estate.
